Courtney Rollings Latham, M.Ed., BCBA, ADOS-2 Evaluator, is a nationally recognized behavior analyst and award-winning clinician, honored by Marquis Who’s Who (September 2024) and Continental Who’s Who – Pinnacle Professional Member, Inner Circle of Excellence (October 2025) for her leadership and impact in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Originally from San Diego, California, Courtney earned her undergraduate degree in Multiple Abilities from The University of Alabama and completed her graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has dedicated more than 11 years to the education field and over eight years to clinical ABA practice, with a specialized focus on high-intensity and complex behavior profiles in both school and home environments.
In 2021, Courtney founded Evner Behavior Services in Jacksonville, Florida, with a mission to deliver ethical, individualized, and deeply collaborative ABA services. She provides comprehensive diagnostic and behavioral evaluations using tools such as the ADOS-2, VB-MAPP, BASC-3, Vineland, and caregiver-driven assessment models.
Courtney personally oversees each client’s treatment journey from evaluation to implementation, ensuring that every plan is not only clinically sound but also practical for real family life. She partners closely with schools, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to create integrated support systems that prioritize dignity, progress, and long-term independence for every individual served.
Sarah Larrabee, M.S., BCBA, is an award-winning behavior analyst and educator, recognized as Teacher of the Year at Waterleaf Elementary (2019–2020) and selected as a District Model Educator and Staff Collaboration Award recipient for her leadership in inclusive classroom design and ABA-based support systems within public education.
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Sarah earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State College at Jacksonville and went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Florida. She began her career in inclusive preschool and ESE classrooms, where she became known for her ability to integrate visual supports, structured routines, and compassionate behavioral strategies that helped students with autism and developmental delays thrive in group learning environments.
Before joining Evner Behavior Services, Sarah held clinical and educational leadership roles including Education Director at Jacksonville School for Autism and Lead BCBA at Behavior Builders. Her background spans school, home, and clinic-based ABA therapy, with a strong emphasis on caregiver training and practical treatment implementation across everyday routines.
Now serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Evner Behavior Services, Sarah delivers individualized ABA therapy rooted in dignity, collaboration, and real-world usability for families. She believes that effective intervention should feel supportive—not overwhelming—and is deeply committed to ensuring that every family she serves feels equipped, heard, and empowered throughout the treatment journey.
Allie Robertson, M.A., BCBA was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida where she began working with special needs children and knew she found her passion. She attended Florida State University where she received degrees in Psychology and Family and Chid Sciences in 2021. Following her graduation, she returned home and began working in ABA. She completed graduate studies at Florida Institute of Technology and has been continuing to grow in the field since.
In her practice, Allie prioritizes a growth-focused approach that emphasizes continual progress and development for both children and their families. She believes that every child has unique potential, and her goal is to create an environment where growth happens at a pace that is comfortable and meaningful. Her practice is built on ensuring that every intervention is not only effective but also compassionate and respectful of the child’s abilities and preferences.
She works closely with families, caregivers and other professionals to ensure interventions are not only effective, but also realistic and sustainable in daily routines. She loves making ABA fun through community outings and highly interactive services. In her free time she loves being on the go, playing with her dogs, going out on the boat, and cheering on FSU. Go noles!
Veronica Walker, affectionately known as “Ms. Vee,” is a Registered Behavior Technician with over 15 years of experience in education, mentoring, and behavior support. Originally from Pensacola Beach, Florida, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Health Education Certificate from the University of West Florida, along with an A.A. in Journalism and Communication.
Before entering the ABA field, Ms. Walker served as a resource ESE substitute teacher and classroom assistant for more than seven years. She also spent over 15 years as a private tutor, where she discovered her passion for helping children find joy in learning. Now with two years of RBT experience, she provides in-home and community-based services focused on engagement, play-based learning, and positive behavior change.
Veronica is driven by a deep desire to make learning fun again and to help children build confidence and independence. She values the opportunity to serve families through evidence-based, compassionate care and believes in meeting every child where they are.
Outside of work, she enjoys arts and crafts, tennis, and exploring new restaurants. Her personal motto is: “Fall faster than a leaf so you can fly higher than an eagle.”
